Europa Inn & Suites

I stay here during the week as I work in Desert Hot Springs. The service is awesome, rooms are great, and staff friendly and helpful when needed. I like to chill in the front circle smoking area in the early morning after work and watch all the interesting people walk by.

We are very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and the manager and staff very courteous and helpful. The place was safe and in the center of desert hot springs. For the budget conscious with a good night sleep in mind, this is the best value. Note for the cheap price, they do try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

My fiancé and I read a lot of bad reviews about this Inn. We were worried, but it turned out absolutely amazing. I was surprised. There were no bugs like the other reviews had stated. There was no carpet. It was nice flooring , the room was clean. We had managed to accidentally undo the bed spread and everything , lol, the bare mattress was completely clean with no spots or stains. I was very impressed. The hotel staff was very nice. They didn’t bother us. We had our own hotel room with no disturbances. We had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend, and if we ever visit Palm Springs again, we are staying there. On checkout day, we didn’t realize what time it was and we were informed checkout was at 11. We went to checkout, but realized we had no where to go until 2 ( the time we needed to be at the airport). We were going to pay for a whole other night, just for 2 more hours, when we just needed to get my fiancé’s haircut next door, but the front desk lady , allowed us to leave our things in the hotel, go get his haircut, and stay until 2 for no additional charges. We were so thankful. After we got home, we realized that my fiancé had not received the $100 deposit back from the hotel. Upset, I called the hotel to discuss the issue. I was informed that it is in the process of being credited, it was still going through his bank. She said that it could take 1-3 days, and if it wasn’t not added back, that they would gladly speak to his bank and assure that the deposit be given back. My fiancé did indeed receive his deposit back in a very timely manner. It was a really great experience. Professional. Thank you so much. We spent most of our time in the hotel due to money problems, this place is very affordable, great quality for the price, and was the best trip I’ve ever had. Thank you.

Yeah its not in a great area but its cheap affordable and the staff was friendly yes there is a safety deposit id recommend paying cash but some of the people who gave negative reviews looked like vagrants so hence why they felt scammed. I asked for a dnd hanger and my room was left alone. Room was clean and didn't smell. I'd return again only complaint was I didn't get my extra pillows

This is a great place to stay if you aren't breaking the rules and being destructive cause you will get charged for any and all destructive behavior. I think the housekeepers are very polite and front desk too I have been staying here since they opened and will continue to recommend it wish they had a swimming pool other then that it's good.

I stay here frequently, i love the staff. always kind & friendly, the service is on point & they have a decent breakfast! In times when you cant even get the holiday inn to get you some breakfast! Best rates in the valley thats for sure!!!

In our home, our power had gone out and it was hot as hell, so we needed a place to sleep. We gave them a call and asked if we could get a room a bit early before check-in and they kindly made all the arrangements. The rooms had everything we needed and a full sized fridge and a powerful AC. Were very grateful to them for our stay.

This quaint little Inn is NOT a luxury destination, but it’s simplicity matched it’s cost. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The employees were very pleasant. Only a dozen rooms to choose from. It’s located centrally to all points in Desert Hot Springs, CA.
